Overall, February 2007 was strong. Sellers received 95.7% of asking price. The average days on market for homes that sold in February 2007 was 105 days. Last February , there were 263 properties that sold with an average of $334,757 and seller's received 98.09% of list price and an average days on market of 61 days.
